On 9 May 2001 Paul and Claire announced the birth of their second child, a daughter named Alicia.
Once scored a hat-trick against Newcastle. Manchester United went on to win the game 6-2.
He finally ended his 3-year England goal drought in Euro 2004, but did not have a good tournament in general as he was playing out of position on the left wing.
