Anne first started playing tennis at the age of 7, after previously playing short tennis since she was only 3. She is one of 4 siblings, all of whom play tennis themselves.
Anne's titles include London, Jersey, Sunderland and Bath($10k),  Belfort, and her most recent, Redding $25k. In 1999, Anne was crowned the 18 and under National Champion, after previously reaching the QF of the National Championships in 2000. Also in 2000, Anne reached the QF of Cardiff $50k. In 2001, Anne reached the SF of Cardiff $25k, Southampton $50k, and Wimbledon Juniors. 2002 was the year that Anne won the National Championships and picked up the titles for Bath, Cumberland Club and Sunderland. Anne has started 2004 off well by qualifying for the WTA event in Hobart. Anne has represented GB in The Maureen Connolly Cup in 1999, 2000, 2001; Fed cup in 2001 and 2003; and the European Team Championships in 2001, 2002, 2003.
